We are hiring a Quality Control Specialist to join our team of Pros! As a Quality Control Specialist, your primary responsibility will be the oversight and management of all cleaning inspection tasks.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensure that MaidPro quality standards have been met by performing in-home quality
- checks.
- Deliver timely and clear feedback.
- Support the field cleaning staff when necessary by cleaning homes.
- Provide in-office operational support to the office manager and owner as needed.
- Assist with monitoring client reviews to help ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Experience and Requirements:
- A proven track record of providing exceptional cleaning services.
- Ability to influence and coach trainees.
- Experience providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and planning skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to drive to and from job sites. Car, current car insurance, and a Valid Drivers License are required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check

Compensation: $18-$23 per hour
